Motorcycle Collision Case Settles for $1.25M Policy Limit

One person not obeying traffic laws is all it takes to ruin another person’s life. Peter Jaraysi’s client was driving eastbound on a motorcycle with the right of way when another driver traveling westbound suddenly turned into him, causing a collision. The client went flying off the motorcycle, over the hood of the other driver’s vehicle and landed on his left side on the ground. His left ankle was severely injured, broken in multiple locations, along with other injuries and damages. He was rushed to the ER where he underwent emergency surgery to fix his ankle. He reached out to Mr. Jaraysi after a concerned friend provided him with a referral. Mr. Jaraysi immediately went to work for him. He contacted Focus Graphics to learn what exhibits would be recommended for this case and opted to do several X-ray colorizations to really highlight the severity of his client’s injuries for the demand. They were very pleased to receive an offer to settle for policy limits of $1.25M after just one presuit demand.
